A new 328-page Polish report about last year's tragic presidential air crash in Russia...has blamed inadequate pilot training...indicating that the Poles are mostly responsible.
It's release prompted Defense Minister Bogdan Klich (above) to resign.
Among other factors, the report said :"Pilots straight out of flying schools were accepted and no training flights were carried out."
