MEXICO: The Most Jobs Since 1996 Created in 2010.

   The government claims a total of 730,348 net new jobs, the highest number since1996, were created in 2010.
   Latin America’s second-largest economy recovered in the first half of 2010 from external demand and by growing internal demand.
   70.1 percent of new jobs were permanent while the rest were temporary .
