Nicaragua and Costa Rica have agreed to offers by Mexico and Guatemala to mediate talks over a two month old border dispute.
The agreement follows a possible Nicaraguan diplomatic protest after a Costa Rican judge issued an arrest warrant for Commander Eden Pastora, the official overseeing Nicaraguan dredging of a river that forms the shared border.
