VENEZUELA: Chavez May Sell Citgo; Gets $4 Billion Weapons Credit From Russia.

    Like China, Russia is deepening its economic ties in Latin America. This time by giving Venezuela a $4 billion credit to buy its weapons. Chavez has become Moscow's most important weapons customers.
   Russia just agreed to buy 3 million tons of animal feed corn from Argentina for the first time in decades.
 ALSO, there are new reports that Chavez will sell finally Citgo to raise money to build new public housing complexes, boost social programs and fix-up the long-neglected Caracas subway.
   Chavez believes Citgo is worth $10 billion but analysts say he would be lucky to get half of that.
