LAHT/ Foreign Minister Jaime Bermudez has signed a pact for the Peace Corps' return. The first group of about 20 volunteers will arrive in Colombia in the fall after an absence of almost 30 years. They will teach English in primary, secondary schools and in teacher instruction classes.
