BOLIVIA / USA : President Morales Expels USAID.

     After almost 5 decades working there...President Evo Morales announced that he was expelling the US Agency for International Development/USAID.
     Morales said he was especially offended by new USA Sec of State John Kerry...who recently described Latin America...as 'the backyard of the USA.' 
     Morales claims the agency is undermining his government.
     In 2010...USAID spent $52 million in Bolivia.
     Yesterday...a high court ruled Morales can run for a 3rd...5-year-term...as president in 2014.
