The military claims it has captured narco billionaire El Chapo/Shorty Guzman's security chief...Jonathan Salas Aviles...in the city of Costa Rica...in Sinaloa state...without a gun fight.
3 helicopters...and 8 vehicles reportedly surrounded Salas.
4 of his bodyguards were also arrested.
In March 2012...a top state official had claimed that Salas was killed in a gun battle.
