COLOMBIA / GERMANY : ELN Terrorists Reveal Kidnapping 2 Elderly Tourist 'Spies.'

     2 elderly German tourists said to have been on an ecotour in northern Colombia were kidnapped by members of the ELN narco/oro terrorists.
    On Youtube...the ELN is calling them 'spies'...and states it has held them for several weeks.
    The prisoners are brothers Uwe and Gunther Otto Breuer. 
    The ELN has about 2,500 members...and has been excluded from peace talks in Cuba.
