BRASIL: 200,000 Protest Oil Royalties Cut In Rio.

           TO WATCH: 1:08 Video Report

With a party-like atmosphere...an estimated 200,000 flooded Rio's streets protesting a controversial new bill that would lower their state and 2 others' share of oil revenues to 20%...from 26%...and erase $2.9 billion yearly.
24 other states want a larger take of Brasil's oil profits.
Rio state is the home of state-run oil giant Petrobras.
President Rousseff has until Friday to fully or partially gut the bill.
