RUSSIA / MEXICO : Russian Businessman Murdered Near Cancun.

    A Russian citizen...who recently acquired a Cozumel hotel...was found murdered Friday near his Chalet Maya hotel.
    Igor Poiarkov, 46...was shot 7 times in the heart, hands and arm...and also had head wounds.
    His body was found on a dirt road in the Isla Blanca region.
    Police speculate it was a revenge murder...because his vehicle, passport and other documents were untouched.
