CHILE : Indigena Mapuche Rally...Turns Violent; 16 Arrested.

      Police are blaming hooligans...after an indigena Mapuche rally of an estimated 3,000 in Santiago calling for land reform...turned violent.
     At least 16 were arrested...as police used tear gas and water cannons...to disperse the crowds...on the annual Dia de la Raza/Day of the Native holiday.
    The marchers also demanded that 4 hunger striking Mapuches held for 50 days for attempted murder...be released.
