      It took 30 years of sometimes bitter opposition...but an outrageous USA tariff against Brasil ethanol finally expired in January.
      Now the USA and Brasil are working together to promote the biofuel's consumption and expansion...exploring new markets and uniform standards.
      They even have the once rich sugar cane growing nations of Central American... especially Cuba...in their sites to consume...and produce...more ethanol.
