     Recently...many Canadians...backed by their suddenly strong currency...the loonie...and high local prices of dairy and gas...are crossing the border and invading a small Bellingham, Washington Costco superstore...and scooping up all the milk.
    The crowded milk runs are bumming out local residents...who are demanding special days and hours...for USA shoppers only.
