By a vote of 6-3...Romania's top court ruled that President Traian Basescu must be reinstated to his office because the 29 July impeachment vote against him was insufficient and therefore invalid.
Opposition PM Viktor Ponta attacked the court's ruling...and pledged to continue fighting 'the oppressive and repressive regime.'
