CHILE : 09 August UPDATE : 49 Police Injured, 75 Arrested In Santiago Student Protest ; 3 Buses Burned.

       Thousands of students hit Santiago's streets again...protesting lack of education reforms.
      Police again brought out water cannons and tear gas to disperse the students...and hooligans.
      49 police were reported injured...75 were arrested...and 3 city buses were burned.
