       Ekho Moskvy is Russia's oldest independent radio station...and frequently skeptical and critical of PM/prez-elect Vlad Putin.
      It has been a thorn in Putin's paw...that he hasn't yet removed.
      But during 13 years in power...ex-KGB agent Putin has not known for his subtlety.
      So...why has Vlad the Bad...allowed the FM station...with a million listeners...to continue?
      Especially when Putin ally Gazprom owns a big part of it.
