    AND:  A new poll shows CR's Presidenta Laura Chinchilla...with 26% approval...the lowest rating of all Latin American leaders.
      She even trails Chile's conservative billionaire Sebastian Pinera...who provokes almost daily...violent...protests with his policies.
      Pinera scored 33% approval.
