COLOMBIA : 11 March UPDATE: 70 Fare Protesters Arrested; 5 Bogota Metro Stations Vandalized.

     Riot police arrested at least 70 protesters....who were demanding lower fares and better services...and occupied several Bogota metro stations...vandalized 5 of them...with estimated damage of more $550,000 usd.
    1,200 police in riot gear responded.
   At least 10 were injured...including 3 police.
