     Is the Obama White House still harboring a snit from former president Lula's obstreperous 2010 agreement with Iran over nukes?
     It could be the reason new President Dilma Rousseff's first official DC meet on 9 April...is not being treated as a 'high level state visit'...unlike Brit PM Cameron's just finished tour. 
     A recent cancellation of a $355 million Embraer airplane deal only adds to the slight/bofetada...as Obama advisers chafe from Brasilia's contrararian positions on Cuba and Syria.
