 I cherish my memories of Carnaval...but...I haven't attended Rio's most famous event...since 1985.
 Now...as Phillips writes :"The phrase "I hate Carnaval" is increasingly rebounding on blogs all over the country, as Brasilians post videos explaining why they don’t like the chaos, the drunkenness, the promiscuity and the sight of people urinating in the street."
