BOLIVIA / BRASIL / USA: Morales Agrees To Anti-Drug Aid.

     After 5 delays over wording...Bolivia has finally signed an agreement with Brasil and the USA to control its coca production.
    The USA and Brasil will provide technical assistance.
    President Evo Morales expelled the DEA from Bolivia...more than 3 years ago.
    Bolivia is currently Brasil's biggest coca supplier.
