So M3 slows down the pace a bit...and showcases Peru's just named Culture Minister Susana Baca.
Folk singer Baca, 67, is the first black...and first musician named as a cabinet minister.
New President Ollanta Humala has seemingly borrowed a page from Brasil's Lula da Silva...who appointed the great singer Gilberto Gil as Culture Minister.
Here Baca performs her famous version of "Samba Malato".
