UKRAINE: 80 Captive "Boozing" Bears...To Be Set Free.

    Some 80 bears kept in Ukraine's private zoos, restaurants and motels... and often forced to drink booze...will soon be set free...announced Environment Minister Mykola Zlochevsky.
    "How long can we tolerate animal torture in restaurants where drunken guests make bears drink vodka for laughs?"
   The bears will be released into a wildlife sanctuary.
