In a 2007 concert in Gdynia...Adam Darski, 34, aka Nergal...the death metal band Behemoth's frontman... ripped up a Bible and threw the pages into the audience...urging fans to burn them.
He was charged with offending religious feeling...in still highly religious Poland.
Darski also called the Bible "a deceitful book" and the church a "criminal sect"
But a judge there has ruled that Darski's action...was a protected form of artistic expression.
