Evita Peron, the charismatic and wildly popular wife of populist President Juan Peron died in July 1952 from uterine cancer.
Now some researchers believe she was lobotomized in her final stage.
"We have uncovered evidence that led us to believe she underwent a prefrontal lobotomy to relieve the pain, agitation and anxiety she suffered in the final months of her illness," claims Yale's Daniel Nijensohn...meaning during her last months Evita was permanently sedated.
