RUSSIA: More Than 28,000 Evacuated After Munitions Fire In Udmurtia.

    In central Udmurtia, a munitions factory exploded...forcing more than 28,000 to be evacuated from their homes.
   Officials report 52 were injured and 25 hospitalized following the blaze and explosions that started late Thursday at an arsenal some 900 Kms east of Moscow. 
   There are reports that 106 of the arsenal's 152 buildings were destroyed by the fire and explosions.
