FM Hector Timerman (pictured below) is the object of Israel's scrutiny and outrage after a leaked report that he proposed to stop investigating two bombings that killed Jews in the 1990's...to improve trade with Iran.
The newspaper Perfil quotes a leaked Iranian diplomatic cable that reportedly said: "Argentina is no longer interested in solving those two attacks, but in exchange prefers improving its economic relations with Iran".
Timerman allegedly made the offer in January...through Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
