POLAND:1ST UPDATE: Russia Finally Admits Soldiers Stole From Smolensk Plane Crash Victims.

Polish investigators claimed that credit cards were stolen from passengers killed when President Lech Kaczynski's plane crashed in Russia in April. About 6,000 Polish zlotys ($1,730 USD) were withdrawn on the cards and several Russian policemen or soldiers were arrested. But Russia after first denying the theft now says 4 soldiers have been arrested.
