COSTA RICA: American Murdered In Broad Daylight On Beach In Puerto Viejo de Talamanca.

CONTRACOSTATIMES/      A 65-year-old Californian was fatally shot in the head while  lounging on a beach in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca last week. Retired psychiatric counselor Steven Edelson, from the SF Bay suburb of Novato, was shot at about 10 a.m during an apparent robbery.
