Jail guards in Chetumal nabbed a prisoner tucked away in suitcase...as his girlfriend slowly tried to wheel the bulging suitcase out the door...after a conjugal visit.

MEXICO: 28 Jan. UPDATE: Rape Charges Against Singer Kalimba Are Dismissed .
A judge has dismissed charges against singer Kalimba Marichal for the rape of a 16-year-old in Chetumal.
Judge Daniel Farah Godoy in Chetumal said he had not found “sufficient evidence” to bring the case to trial.
No appeal is planned.
The case got extensive media coverage because Kalimba Maruchal, 28, is a Mexican of African descent and black Mexicans are rarely seen in the Mexican media.
