HUNGARY : 11 March UPDATE: Parliament Passes Controversial Amendment; Demonstrators Protest Orban's Constitutional Proposals.

     Thousands of Hungarians hit the streets of Budapest on Saturday and Sunday protesting proposed controversial constitutional changes.
    PM Viktor Orban wants to restrict unmarried couples, drastically modify higher education grants...and limit the power of courts.
    The EU and human rights groups have expressed concern over the measures.
    Despite the protests...the so-called '4th Amendment' measure was overwhelmingly passed on Monday in parliament...265 to 11...with 33 abstentions.
