Lying in bed and apparently breathing thru an artfully covered tube...cancer stricken President Hugo Chavez...was photographed with his 2 daughters in his Cuban hospital...his first confirmed sighting...in 69 days.
His face is swollen in the 4 released fotos...including one with a 14 Feb copy of the state newspaper Granma.
These new so-called 'proof of life' fotos are being hailed by his supporters in Caracas... that their hero Hugo...is alive!
But...the opposition says it proves that Chavez is still seriously ill...and won't return to power.
