BOSNIA / CROATIA / SERBIA / HAGUE : Perisic Wins War Crimes Appeal And Release.


       General Momcilo Peisic...a former Yugoslav army boss...was ordered released...after a Hague court upheld his appeal...and overturned his 27 year sentence for 'crimes against humanity' in Bosnia and Croatia.
     Perisic has been held since 2005.
