ECUADOR : 13 Dead, 37 Injured In Tungurahua Bus Plunge.

      A bus plunged into a ravine on the road between Ambato and Pillaro...in central Tungurahua province...killing at least 13...and injuring 37.
     Police speculate faulty brakes were the cause.
     A volcano has been unusually active in the same region recently.
