     Yet another Latin American volcano is acting-up...this time in Nicaragua.
     Officials there asked residents near San Cristobal...Nicaragua's highest volcano...to evacuate.
    But...some 400 are refusing.
    They say they are used to the steam and ash...having seen it many times.
     San Cristobal last stirred to life...in September.
     In 1998...their village was buried by ash.
