COLOMBIA : 24 August UPDATE : Prez. Santos' Entire Cabinet Suddenly Resigns.

      Suddenly...the cabinet room is empty.
     President Juan Manuel Santos has accepted the resignations of all 16 of his cabinet ministers.
     Santos asked for blanket resignations...as FARC narco/oro/extortionists attacks surge... and his approval declines...to lows not seen in decades.
     Santos reportedly will take his time filling the posts.
