    Many...usually driving giant pick-up trucks...insist on speeding up right before red lights...so they can cut in...and gain a car length!
    Of course...Texans can still legally drive with one hand with a cell phone in the other... even while turtling along in the fast lane.
     Can't infringe on anybody's rights!
