HUNGARY: Film Biz Returns To Budapest Under Vajna.

     Despite huge debts...and a backlog of unmade films...the film industry is slowly returning to  use Hungary for location shoots...under the new leadership of the Film Fund's Andy Vajna...and a $20 million budget.
