CHILE: 50 Arrested...As 5,000 Protest Education Again In Santiago.

     Some 5,000 mostly high school students...demanding better facilities and free education...encountered riot police in Santiago...armed with tear gas and water cannons.
    At least 50 were arrested...and 3 police were injured. 
    Reportedly...university students have taken a back seat in the new protests.

     But...as usual...only the dogs were having fun chasing water and getting doused.
