RUSSIA : Oops! Putin's Antarctic Water...Was PR Stunt.

     Another showy Putin PR effort...gets watered down.
     PM Putin was handed water allegedly millions of years old...and supposedly extracted from Lake Vostok...a glacial lake 4,000 meters under the Antarctic ice.
    But...it turns out his watery souvenir from the great Russian scientific breakthrough... actually came from early drilling efforts...and very recent times.
