COLOMBIA: 9 Nov UPDATE: 44 Dead, 17 Injured, 15 Missing In Manizales Landslide.

     Heavy rains in the northwestern city of Manizales...brought down the mountainside...killing 44, injuring 17...with at least 15 people still missing.
     Estimates are that 158 are homeless.
     Officials also evacuated 35 homes near the slide area.
