Brasil's longtime nemesis...inflation... is coming back.
Annual inflation there hit the highest rate in September...since May 2005.
It grew by 7.31%...again exceeding the official target of 6.5%...for the 6th straight month.
This could be a warning shot across the bow for the nation's politicos.
Many voters remember those days of runaway consumer prices...and will punish politicians who allow them to return.
