Rumors persist...especially in Germany...that Greece will soon be bankrupt...and forced to leave the eurozone.
In Thessaloniki...some 100 arrests followed yet another austerity demonstration...with police using tear gas.
But there PM George Papandreou dismissed euro exit rumors...with a dire warning.
"These scenarios are not serious...an exit from the euro would create a domino effect which would lead to the break-up of the euro zone."

An economist observes that "Fatigue is setting in. Germany could be a first mover or other countries could be preparing too..." to let Greece exit.
