ARGENTINA/URUGUAY: Long-Running Paper Mill Dispute Ends.

BBC/     A long-running sometimes ugly dispute over a paper mill on their river border, the River Uruguay, has ended with a signed accord that sets out how the plant near Fray Bentos and the river will be environmentally monitored.
    Argentina had charged that the mill polluted the river since 2007 while Uruguay said strict environmental codes were followed.
