The UBS Scandal; What Did Phil Gramm Know?

The Swiss-based banking conglomerate UBS has admitted to criminal fraud.

It threatens to ensnare former Sen. Phil Gramm, the Texas Republican who is vice chairman of UBS' investment banking business.
