BRASIL:1ST UPDATE: Ramalho Refuses Job Offer; Menezes Named National Coach.

LINK CHANGE/BBC/1ST  UPDATE/24 July/    Brasil first wanted Muricy Ramalho to take over coaching the national soccer team but he refused the offer to stay with Fluminese. Now Mano Menezes, 48, coach of Sao Paulo Corinthians, has been selected to head the team. Previous coach Dunga was fired after the team's failure to advance beyond the World Cup quarter finals.
