RUSSIA : Anti-Corruption Candidate Urlashov Wins Big In Yaroslavl.

      Anti-corruption candidate Yevgeny Urlashov scored a landslide victory in the mayoral election in Yaroslavl...a city of 590,000 east of Moscow.
      Urlashov beat Putin party's acting mayor...with 70 % of the vote.
