BRASIL: Beachgoers Rescue 30 Stranded Dolphins At Arraial do Cabo

      Dozens of people at Arraial do Cabo helped rescue 30 dolphins apparently washed ashore by strong currents...by literally dragging them back to safety in the ocean.
