Like many authors, cranky nationalist opposition leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski wants people talking about his soon to be released book “The Poland of Our Dreams”.
There's no better way in Poland...than to slam German Chancellor Angela Merkel...and accuse her of trying to keep Warsaw subservient while seeking superpower status for Berlin.
Stirring up anti-German sentiment is a strategy Jaroslaw has used before to try and regain power.
PM Donald Tusk has charged Kaczynski of “exposing Poland’s national interests to harm,” and said there is “no greater friend to Poland than Merkel.”
