BELARUS: 13 April UPDATE: 2 "Confess" For Minsk Subway Bomb That Killed 12, Injuring 200..

  Two suspects have confessed to the a bomb attack that killed 12 people in Minsk.
  "We already know who committed this terrorist act and how," said President Lukashenko. "The only thing is we don't yet know why, but that will also be known soon."
    The two were allegedly arrested  "without noise, shots or hassle",
    The 5kg (11 pounds) TNT bomb packed with nails...exploded during the evening rush hour...ripping thru the busy Oktyabrskaya subway station in Minsk...killing12...and injuring about 200.
    Two metro lines intersect at the station where the bomb went off just as two trains arrived.
   Witnesses say some of the station's ceiling collapsed after the explosion.
  The station is near the offices and residence of  President Alexander Lukashenko, 56, who has ruled Belarus with an iron-fist since 1994...and won a disputed 4th term re-election in December.
